Just hours ago, YouTube confirmed that its comedy-drama series Cobra Kai had been renewed for Season 3. The announcement followed shortly after a 10-episode Season 2 premiere, which took place on April 24, 2019. According to the official announcement, Cobra Kai Season 3 is set to premiere in 2020. Yet, no exact release date has been announced so far.

In addition, YouTube spokesman has revealed that all of the upcoming original series and specials will soon be available for the viewers globally, for free ad-supported broadcast. The announcement has been made by Chief Business Officer, Robert Kyncl, during the YouTube's annual Brandcast event.
