Cobra Kai Will Return For Season 3 on YouTube In 2020
Just hours ago, YouTube confirmed that its comedy-drama series Cobra Kai had been renewed for Season 3. The announcement followed shortly after a 10-episode Season 2 premiere, which took place on April 24, 2019. According to the official announcement, Cobra Kai Season 3 is set to premiere in 2020. Yet, no exact release date has been announced so far.

In addition, YouTube spokesman has revealed that all of the upcoming original series and specials will soon be available for the viewers globally, for free ad-supported broadcast. The announcement has been made by Chief Business Officer, Robert Kyncl, during the YouTube's annual Brandcast event.
Nothing is surprising in that YouTube opted to pick up its critically-acclaimed, fan-favorite series, Cobra Kai for a third round since the 2nd installment has also received the universal acclaim.
On Rotten Tomatoes, Cobra Kai Season 2 holds a score of 7.21/10 and a 85% approval rating, while the viewers have rated the 2nd round of the web series at 4.7/5, with a 94% rating. On Metacritic, the current season of Cobra Kai holds a score of 69/100, which also above average. On IMDb, Cobra Kai has an overall rating of 8,9/10 based on over 30,200 votes.
